"A picture is worth a thousand words" (and probably several thousand dollars!) To get the most out of your rental advertisement, you can display up to five pictures. A prospective renter will be more likely to rent your property if he or she can gain a feeling of familiarity. Digital pictures can be uploaded in the Member Login.

Picture Replacement can be done as often as you like and at any time if you do it yourself. If you send photos to us by mail, replacements are charged $10 each.

PICTURES FOR GOOD BASIC PRESENTATION For best presentation...a nice exterior shot, one of the interior showing a spacious area (usually the living room) and one of the water. Note: exterior shots taken at about 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM on a sunny day are best. Avoid shooting around noon. Pictures taken under the glaring mid-day sun tend to make the colors look washed out.

We cannot overstate the importance of good pictures. The potential for the advertisement to bring in business is considerable with good presentation. Your advertisement is displayed 24 hrs a day, year round!
